WOW, I can’t believe that this is the 2nd time that I played badminton in the past two weeks. xD

No, seriously! lol

I mean, the last time I played badminton was probably back in high school, and I didn’t really play at all actually. Instead it was classes to LEARN how to play *facepalm* I don’t recall picking up the racket since that. Well maybe played a few times on the street with my sister. MAYBE. xD

Anyway, seeing that I have spend the majority of this year working, going to school and sitting in front of my computer (hmm, actually make that the past 5 years orz), I am amazed that I CAN STILL ACTUALLY PLAY. I mean I might not be too good at it, but I can still hit the birdie with my racket! Backhand, forehand, run, dive…OMG I can still do it. xD Although I can barely handle the full two hours (well more like 1.75 hours because of 15 minute court break), it’s fun to finally be able to break a sweat. And after I clean off the sweat, it feels really good. Like refreshing lol. It’s $4.50 well spent and I am planning to go every week now (well unless my friends are not going else I have no one to play with).

Anyhow, I opened a new CIBC account today. It’s the Unlimited Chequing Account, and I will get 10k bonus aeroplan miles if I can do 3 pre-authorized debits and pay a bill online before Nov 30th. Piece of cake. The problem is when I will get the miles, since this account costs $13 a month, so the longer I need to wait to get the miles, the more money I got to pay. Well the account lets me get unlimited cheques and 10k aeroplan miles can redeem around $80 (100/12000 * 10000 = $83.33) on the aeroplan website, which means as long as I don’t pay anything more than that amount, I will come out ahead. And remember, the free cheques help too xD (after I downgrade the account to something free or pay per use, they can still be used – A BIG PLUS) Also got a CIBC mug along with a Tim Horton $5 GC which I gave to my mother lol

Twitter seriously is like a god-sent for it. It’s only been a month since I got it, but I have been using it like almost everyday. It’s like micro-blogging where you blog EVERYTHING, even super simple things like “brushing your teeth”, “eating breakfast”, or even “going to sleep” lol Yes sounds dumb, but it’s amazing imo. I actually love it. Don’t know why I haven’t been using it this past few years but I am glad I finally caught on. xDD It’s also a good tool to use if you are out of the country with lousy internet, and dont have the time to write a full blog post~ The “@” (direct message) function is useful for chatting too since it notifies the other party on their cellphones that they have a direct message xD Another thing I love about twitter is you can tweet by cellphone, and it’s treated as a normal text so that means you can also tweet ANYWHERE you want as long as you have a cellphone and a texting plan. You can also direct message people or get notifications when your follower post new tweets. It’s just a GREAT time killer imo, especially when you are bored in class xDDD Seriously lol. You can also treat it as IM too xDD Lastly your tweets can also be treated as a blog post, or as an entry on facebook. The only -ve is it cannot change facebook status but I don’t really care about that.

Blah, it sounds like I am doing an ad campaign for twitter (since of course it has its disadvantages and I didn’t really talk anything about that), but those are the reasons why I actually use and like twitter xD It has only been a month, and my tweets are already more than ppl who has used it for months and years xDDD Follow me on twitter by clicking on the twitter media icon above!

Just went and did a live, on-air radio show yesterday (11 pm?). Yes I am serious. Went to fill in for someone who “was on holiday” probably because of 50% decrease in wages xD (don’t ask me why!) I don’t know how I survived at the end, but I know I could have done better. The show is about ghost stories, which is not one of my favourite things to talk about…well in fact I hate it. Not that I am afraid of ghosts (since I don’t believe in them at all), but I just don’t like talking about them (yes I do watch scary movies and read scary books if I have to). Well it was a good experience but like I said, I could have did my research and rehearse a few times before I go…laziness prevailed orz (Hey it was a Saturday)

I guess I am the type of person who can be euthuastic when I am doing something that I support (Orlando Magic?) or I really like (Kanon!!), but can be the complete opposite when doing something I don’t like (LA Lakers)/not believe in (Ghosts).

I don’t know if I want to do it again if the person asked me again…probably no unless it’s sports and anime related xD (well if he is going to ask me back again, that is~)

This is my reaction after dealing with the damn twitter facebook app and Mandarake. Both are really really frustrating. The damn twitter facebook app for some reason won’t post links to facebook anymore, and Mandarake is just…ugh. They are even worst than amiami in terms of customer service…oh wait, I don’t think they even know what customer service is. Well the day in general is frustrating, so I am glad I am back writting here again lol.

At least I am looking forward to Strike Witches tonight, and since I am ranting, let me tell you what I feel about this series so far (warning: more ranting ahead).

This series start with TONS of promise in ep one, but for some reason it has not been as exciting during the last seven weeks. So the basis of this series is an army of aliens aka neuroi’s came down and invaded Earth. However, it seems they attack the Strike Witches base ONE NEUROI AT A TIME. Are the neuroi’s stupid? ..or are the directors stupid? xD Don’t tell me the neuroi’s want to see how powerful those witches are because it has been eight times where they send test neuroi’s to die…I mean, at least attack in groups of 3 or 4. Or send in something more powerful (like the one in the first episode) that won’t die within one or two shots orz And don’t talk to me about ep 7, the neuroi was killed by SQUISHED PANTIES (yes I am serious)…What could be next? A neuroi gets destroyed because it got stepped on? xD Ep 7 is a very funny ep but it’s just so orz~ Don’t get me wrong, I like what’s going on with Strike Witches so far (the OP and ED are GREAT~), but the lack of battles and the difficulty of them are just plain silly.

Lastly, why do humans keep sending in battleships and fighters if all they can do is get destroyed in the battlefield?! I am sure more can get accomplished if all those men and money used for those lousy crap can be directed to develop better equipment for the Strike Witches instead. Hmm, but I guess I can’t expect too much from an ecchi series? xD

I have decided to wipe EVERYTHING and start again. BY ACCIDENT. *facepalm* Yes, EVERYTHING is gone. All my posts, every single thing except the theme and plugins. There probably will be no entries until Sept…well unless something really good happens. Never say never I guess?

It’s really nothing more than myself being stupid and upset. But I think I really need a new start and rebuild this thing. Sort of like Moemoekyun I guess.

EDIT 17/08/10: As you can see, I have been working on the site this past few days, added some new functions (like Twitter), and everything is shaping up. Just need to write the brand new “about” page and work out some minor stuff. Looking for a new theme but nothing attractive so far.
